MY ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Over the years, being employed as a research assistant at MS and Ph.D level, I developed the quality of working incredibly hard around the clock and simultaneously working in different projects. In total, I was involved in 6 different projects which resulted in 15 research publications. Among them 9 papers are already published (google scholar profile), 2 are accepted for future publications and 4 others are currently under review.
Apart from that, I achieved 90% and 91% marks in my academic courses while completing my MS and Ph.D studies. I completed my higher secondary school (12 years education) from a reputed college of Bangladesh (Rajshahi Cadet College) and later on, received three consecutive bilateral government scholarships to pursue my Bachelor, MS and Ph.D degree in Russian Federation and China respectively.
Outside academia, currently, I am involved in a startup project based on Human Resource Management. We are working to develop the first freelancing marketplace of Bangladesh, hrfm.xyz where the employers of different organizations can hire the top consultants for their respective projects online within a competitive budget.

RESEARCH INTERESTS
Complex problems in structural mechanics have always attracted me to take the challenge ranging from impact cases and vehicle safety to micromechanical constituents of composite materials. I am a simulation enthusiast who validates his research via available analytical techniques and experimental methods. I never wanted to limit myself to one specific field of study, rather wants to explore different fields and try to relate them which always provide advantages for upcoming projects due to the gathered experience of multiple fields.
